1. Subscription Past Due
You'll note at the top of your Intersect Profile, that a warning label is displayed whenever your account is past due.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO PERFORM ANY ACTIONS WHILE YOUR ACCOUNT IS OVERDUE
2. Unable to perform tasks
As mentioned in the previous step, the platform won't allow you to perform any tasks while your account is overdue. Whenever your account is overdue, you'll notice the below message displayed which directs you to the "Billing" section for you to update your account.
3. Manage Subscription
From within your "Billing" screen, you can either
1. add a new credit card payment method, and/or
2. settle any outstanding invoice/s, by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button.
4. Pay outstanding invoice
From here you will be able to view your full invoice history and click on any outstanding ones, in order to pay them.
5. Subscription active
Now that your outstanding invoice has been settled, you'll note that your "Billing" section reflects your active subscription details, and when your next invoice will be debited from your credit card.
