Adding a share class in Intersect couldn't be easier. Because we have all the workflows in one system, you have an easy-to-follow recipe to get your share register fully digitised.
To effortlessly add your company's shareholders, follow the easy steps below:
Step 1: Add share class
In your Ownership profile, click on "Add Share Class".
If this is the 1st time you're adding any shareholding, you'll be met with a workflow alert, asking you to "Create a new share class" first. You may follow that particular workflow [here] if you are unfamiliar with the process.
If you have completed all the set-up steps previously, you may skip ahead to Step 3, where we'll continue assisting you.
Step 2: Add signing directors
Continuing with initial ownership setup steps, you'll next be met with the "Add Signatory" workflow item. You may follow that particular workflow [here] if you are unfamiliar with the process.

Step 4: Which type of shareholder are you adding?
You now have the option to choose the type of shareholder you're about to create.
Step 5: Complete the individualized workflows
Depending on the type of shareholder you are adding, follow one of the below "entity-specific" workflows to complete the task:
