Now, you can easily upload existing shareholding information and documents without activating our in-app document generation or signature workflows. This feature is designed to streamline the process of reconstructing your organization’s share register, making it simpler to manage legacy records while keeping your workflows efficient and accurate.




You can now easily upload signed documents from before your time using Intersect, allowing you to validate the shareholder information you've just added in a previous step.

This feature ensures a seamless link between the legacy data and the relevant supporting documents without triggering Intersect's in-app document generator or signature workflows.

Additionally, all uploaded documents will be accessible from both the document hub and the ownership dashboard for easy future reference.
